Twas a Sunday evening and the weather was sublime. I threw the bike on the back of the car and headed for the big smoke known as Belfast.
I decided on a cycle around the up and coming Titanic quarter area. This location is built on reclaimed land at the foot of the famous Harland & Wolff shipyard.
This place simply leaks history! In recent years the yard has been hit hard but it was promising to see a few oil rigs in the dry docks undergoing some refurbishment work. If you ever wind up in Belfast the docks area is definitely worth a wonder around.
The calm sheltered waters made for some excellent reflective photography.
