It’s harvest time so stick your wellies on and hit the hedgerows.
There is a selection of wild edibles in some woodland close to my home.
We’ve been collecting Tupperware tubs full of squishy madness ranging from wild creeping Raspberrys to Himalayan honeysuckle. There are also plenty of blackberry bushes and elder trees bursting with fruit.
Once back in the kitchen its best to wash your bounty through a sieve then separate the berries into bunches, wrap them in cling film and throw in the freezer.
